At Oxnard Family Circle, our goal is to ensure that your loved one is mentally and physically healthy at all times. Mental health care is just as crucial as physical health, especially as we age. We help your loved one maintain mental health through socialization, counseling, and group therapy. We also have counseling designed specifically for post-traumatic stress disorder. As the dementia and Alzheimer’s population grows, Oxnard Family Circle is proud to be the only adult day health care center with a specific Memory Care area of our facility. Your loved ones with dementia will be kept safe and secure during the day at our center.

Our Mental Health and Memory Care includes:

    Psychological Counseling?

An important aspect of senior care is having quality social services and psychological counseling. As people age or retire from military, they begin to face new and unique challenges brought upon by physical, mental and developmental conditions. For more information on Psychological Counseling at Oxnard Family Circle ADHC, click here.

Post-Traumatic Stress and Mental Health Services

Post-traumatic stress often affects war veterans or individuals who have experienced a frightening or high-stress incident in their lives. Post-traumatic stress can be extremely debilitating and can last for several years after the event. For more information on PTSD Rehabilitation at Oxnard Family Circle ADHC, click here.

    Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

As the numbers of individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia grows, caregivers are finding it harder and harder to provide adequate care and often experience burnout. We help caregivers find respite with our unique Memory Care room, which is designed specifically for Alzheimer’s and dementia individuals. For more information on Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, click here.
