Mileage Reimbursement Program- Ventura County

Great news for Seniors living in Ventura County!

Effective January 1st, 2015 a new County-wide Mileage Reimbursement Program will be available.

Criteria for the program include:

being 65 years or older;
a resident of Ventura County;
have an interest in reimbursing someone for driving them.

The ride reimbursements are not limited to medical appointments and could be used for personal and general transportation needs, including rides out of the county (for medical reasons only).

Applying for Eligibility:

Attend a “How to Participate” workshop at a local Senior Center to learn the process OR Fill out an interest application and return it to the Mobility Management Program coordinator.

Each workshop will be 60 minutes = 30 minute presentation & 30 minute Q&A
