Our Adult Day Health Care Program
The program has many components that are vital to the health and independence of adults in need of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and social stimulation. Our Adult Day Health Care program stresses partnership with the family, the physician and the community in working towards maintaining personal independence.
Services provided at our center in particular include a wide variety of care that will be adjusted to each individual participant based on their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
Oxnard Family Circle has a multidisciplinary team that works together to provide respite care for family and caregivers upon entering the program. The program also provides numerous therapeutic components for individuals who need to maintain flexibility, stability, and enhanced cognitive ability as a person grows older.
- Adult Day Healthcare welcomes adults of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and cognitive abilities.
- Our population includes people from all walks of life, including Veterans and Civilians.
- We cater to Ventura County’s ethnically diverse population.
- We treat and monitor all conditions, including mental and physical disabilities, Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Congenital Heart Failure and speech difficulties.

We provide transportation to and from our center and cover all areas of Ventura County.
Social Stimulation and Mental Health Care:
We help your loved one preserve mental health through socialization, counseling and group therapy.
Psychological Counseling:
Our excellent multidisciplinary staff offer various activities and quality care for our adults and seniors.
Diabetic Care:
Diabetic care program is designed to improve the quality of life for seniors living with diabetes.
Dietary Counseling:
Diet and Nutrition are important aspects of senior day care. We promote a healthy lifestyle.
Memory Care:
Designed for individuals with memory deficiencies such as, dementia, and Alzheimer’s.
Nursing Care and Rehab:
A dedicated, fully trained staff of nurses offer nursing care and assistance.
Pain Management:
We provide quality services to manage and control pain for the disabled and elderly.
Respite for Caregivers:
Respite for caregivers in is a necessary aspect of proper care giving, as well as partnership.
