Intensive Medical and Physical Rehabilitation Day Program In Ventura County
Oxnard Family Circle ADHC offers an intensive Medical and Physical Rehabilitation Day Program in Ventura County, which is designed specifically for patients who require skilled quality care during the day (patients spend 4-6 hrs under our care and go home at nights and weekends). This program is for participants in need of recovery following a hospital stay or stay in a nursing home. A full complement of highly trained Medical Care Staff offers participants the opportunity to regain their highest level of functioning while living at home.

Post Acute Rehabilitation Care & Monitoring In Ventura County
Unlike most other rehabilitation centers, Oxnard Family Circle ADHC offers transportation to and from our center for participants in need of post acute rehabilitation care. Participants will receive as much physical and occupational therapy as their physician has prescribed in order to maximize the participant’s recovery potential.
Oxnard Family Circle ADHC offers a unique combination of steady monitoring and care by nursing and rehab personnel during any given business day. In many cases, post-acute rehabilitation care and monitoring helps to avoid post-hospitalization nursing home stays and/or re-hospitalization.
Our rehab staff can get in touch with your primary care physician and implement orders immediately and report on the effectiveness of the treatment.
